koen: av500: my powerbutton works (the tps gives an interrupt, KEY_POWER event is generated). my theory: if I find/write and add a proper twl4030_script to my kernel, the board will "magically" wake on interrupt from the tps when in suspend/shutdown.
- [10:15:57] <tasslehoff>

woglinde: There was a simple patch floating about to extend the timeout, but that doesn't appear to solve the -110 problem, which looks more like a race condition and is mostly worked-around by disabling PREEMPT.

I had them come up on a pre-xM rev C3 board and I rebuilt without PREEMPT and it is fine. Of course, the SD was working fine on older kernels. I guess I don't understand the perspective of the question.

my question is if i check file uImage using file uImage it say that it is build for PPC not for arm
- [14:15:49] <woglinde>
uh
- [14:15:57] <woglinde>
thats intressting

ballu: then get one for arm
- [14:16:03] <ballu>
how
- [14:16:05] <ballu>
?
- [14:16:15] <av500>
where did you get the ppc one from?
- [14:16:22] <woglinde>
you didnt say how you tried to compile the kernel
- [14:16:23] <ballu>
i have check setting in menuconfig it is for arm
- [14:16:32] <ballu>
i do not know
- [14:16:41] <koen>
'file' reads the uboot header
- [14:16:53] <woglinde>
ballu so you didnt read how to compile kernel with angstroem?
- [14:17:02] <woglinde>
koen hm here its says data
- [14:17:04] <koen>
and uboot was called ppcboot in the early days :)

Has anyone here gotten SGX acceleration working on BB xM with Ubuntu?
- [23:22:19] <rcn-ee>
dxbydt, it's been working for years, but depends on which kernel/script you use..
- [23:25:07] <woglinde>
*sigh*
- [23:25:22] <rcn-ee>
woglinde, i think there's another bug hiding.. i've got some mmc cards that'll hit -110 randomly.. so the preempt disable is just a workaround..
