The concept is to expose the functionality of several USB data acquisition hardware so that it can be accessed from internet browsers without having to install or use other software.
In addition to this, remote control of these USB based data acquisition hardware over the internet will be exposed to a user.
Currently node.js is being used on the BeagleBone with some Measurement Computing USB Data Acquisition hardware so that one can see live measurements in a browser, and control a USB device remotely from another application.
